Trump to meet Mamdani in New York City on Monday

TL;DR

President Trump and Mayor Zohran Mamdani will meet at Gracie Mansion on Monday.
The meeting will focus on issues affecting New York City and its residents.
This is their first meeting in New York City, with previous meetings held in Washington.
They have previously discussed making the city better and more affordable, and housing development.
The nature of their private conversations is kept confidential by the Mayor.
Their past interactions were surprising given their political differences, with Mamdani being a democratic socialist and Trump having opposed him during the mayoral campaign.
