Slotkin urges Trump to press Xi on report that Iran used Chinese satellite info in deadly Jordan attack

TL;DR

Sen. Elissa Slotkin urged President Trump to raise allegations of Chinese satellite companies providing targeting information to Iran with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
These images are reportedly linked to a July attack on a U.S. military base in Jordan that killed three American service members.
The Trump administration previously sanctioned three Chinese satellite companies for providing imagery to Iran.
Slotkin criticized Trump's conciliatory approach to Xi, emphasizing the gravity of potential Chinese complicity in American deaths.
An administration official downplayed the impact of external support on Iran's targeting capabilities.
President Trump is scheduled to meet with President Xi on September 24th.
