When 2 dogs went missing in a life-threatening Virginia car crash, a volunteer spent weeks tracking them down

TL;DR

Christine Quaiff is a volunteer lost pet recovery specialist who tracks and traps missing dogs.
She recently found two Goldendoodles, Bailee and Tobey, who went missing after their owner, Annie Olup, was in a serious car accident.
Quaiff used drones, trail cameras, and traps, working indefinitely on the case in addition to her full-time job.
It took 10 days to find Tobey and 16 days to find Bailee, and the dogs were reunited with Olup.
Quaiff's motivation stems from kindness and the belief that lost pets are like family members.
