Trump pitches Trump International Golf Course for site of "presidential retreat"

TL;DR

President Trump claims the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. military suggested his Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach as a potential presidential retreat.
The proposed retreat would serve as a "Camp David retreat" for future presidents.
A White House official confirmed the government is investigating the development of a presidential retreat at the golf course.
The property's features, including security and proximity to an airport, were cited as reasons for its suitability.
The cost and funding of the proposed development have not been disclosed.
